For unions

Every tool you have is built for staff. This one is built for members.

Your union is a democracy. Botler gives it an AI-native organizing platform where members create actions, invite the people they know and turn up together, with the union behind them. Under your name, built and run by us.

01Fight Back Now! by the AFL

The Alberta Federation of Labour runs on Botler.

Fight Back Now! is the AFL’s member hub, on the AFL’s own domain, built and run by Botler. Members create the actions. The federation backs them.

02What members do on it

A social network for your members.

Private, by invitation, and away from the bots and disinformation of the open feeds. Everything a member needs to bring people out, and everything an organizer needs to see it happening.

Start an action

A member creates an action in their own town: a rally, a door knock, a meeting. It goes on the map for everyone.

Invite their own people

Each member invites the people they know. A personal invitation gets a yes where an office email gets ignored.

Sign up in one step

Anyone can RSVP from a phone, member or not. Reminders go out before the day.

Check in at the door

Organizers see who came and who wants to help next time.

Volunteer for a shift

Members pick a role and a time. Organizers see the gaps before the day, not on it.

Learn as they go

Short courses for members and organizers, inside the platform.

03The model change

Members carry the organizing. The union backs them.

Every tool you can buy assumes the office does all of it. This one assumes members lead.

The old model

Staff mobilize members.

The office writes it, sends it and reads the report. However good the message, it reaches as many people as your staff have hours to reach, and not one more.

The new model

Members mobilize each other, with the union behind them.

A member creates an action and invites the people they know. Those people invite theirs. Organizers see who turned up and where it’s growing, without sending a single invitation themselves.

04Your members’ data

It’s yours. Nobody else is in it.

Unions answer to their members. So does the platform.

YoursDownload all of it, any dayYour own database, in a format anything can read.
ApartNo other client can see itEvery client is walled off from every other, and we never use your members’ data to train AI.

Your nameNothing says BotlerYour domain, your logo, your colours. Your members never see us.

05 · What’s included

Spend it on organizers, not software.

Everything below comes with every platform. Tell us what you need to organize, and let’s talk.

  • Campaign design, with you
  • The platform, under your name
  • Running it every day, including the 6am problem
  • Email sending and reminders
  • New tools when your campaign needs them
  • English and French

06The questions we get asked

Four of them, answered plainly.

01“What happens to our members’ data?”It’s yours. Your own database, kept apart from every other client, and you can download all of it any day. Mail and files already run from Canada, and the rest can too if you choose. We never use it to train AI.
02“Are we locked in?”No. The platform runs on your domain and wears your name, and every member’s account is with you, not with us. You can take your data and go.
03“What if you disappear?”Your data is yours to export any day, and everything we run is written down. Another team could pick it up without starting from nothing.
04“Who actually does the work?”AI builds your platform: agents write the software and other agents check every change. People decide what gets built and sign off on it. That’s what AI-native means, and it’s why new features ship every working day.

See what your members would do with it.

Forty minutes, your own actions, no slides.
